Choose a supported size and compatible fastener in the quick quote. Compare the space needed for your longest name, role and logo before selecting a format. The current options panel shows the choices available for a custom printed badge.

Keep the Logo, Name and Role Readable

Give the name enough space, then decide whether a role or department needs a separate line. Test the longest entry in your roster. Shorten an unusually long title or review a different layout instead of shrinking every name.

Prepare One Checked Name List

Collect the exact printed names, titles and copy counts for the order. Check spelling and capitalization before entering the creator. Keep internal ordering notes separate from text intended to print on the badge.

Review a Digital Sample Before Production

One digital sample proof is included. Check logo placement, spacing and the sample text before approval. Optional every-name proofing is a separate paid choice; the included sample does not preview every person on the roster.

Compare the Final Order Summary

Pricing depends on the selected configuration and quantity. Confirm the badge count, fastener, optional services, shipping and tax in the order summary before completing your order.

Plan Approval and Delivery Separately

Orders approved and paid by 1 PM Eastern on business days typically enter production the same day. Artwork approval, order size and material availability affect timing. Production time is not a delivery guarantee. Contact our team before ordering for a required arrival date.
