Return Policy

Because our products are custom-made, all orders are considered final once a proof has been approved. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for approved custom orders.


We will gladly correct an order if:

  • There is a product quality issue (printing defect, material defect, or craftsmanship issue), or
  • The item received does not match the approved proof due to an error on our end.


If you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at help@nextdaybadges.com

 and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the request and provide a replacement or resolution when applicable.
