Event Visual Hierarchy and Tier Recognition

Conference badge layouts require rapid legibility from conversational distances. The attendee's first name should dominate the badge in bold, large lettering, followed by their full name, company, and job title. Color bars or distinct header bands can differentiate badge tiers such as Speaker, Exhibitor, Press, or Organizer.

Suggested Conference Badge Text Formats

Keynote presenter layout: Line 1 reads 'Dr. Aris Thorne', Line 2 reads 'Keynote Speaker'. Exhibitor layout: Line 1 reads 'Sarah Jenkins', Line 2 reads 'Exhibitor | Apex Dynamics'. General attendee layout: Line 1 reads 'Michael Chang', Line 2 reads 'Global Logistics Forum'. Prominent event branding ties the attendee experience together.

Submitting Attendee Lists and Event Branding

Large events generate comprehensive attendee rosters. We recommend organizing your list in a spreadsheet with verified columns for First Name, Last Name, Organization, and Designation. Upload official event logos or sponsor marks in high-resolution vector format to ensure crisp print clarity across all badge tiers.

Compatible Fasteners, Lanyards, and Proofing

Choose your badge type and size first so the creator can show compatible standard attachments. A magnet avoids a pin piercing the garment; a pin attaches through fabric. Check the wearer’s preferences and workplace requirements, and ask our team if the attachment you need is not shown. For printed custom badges, review the name spelling, role, logo placement, and spacing in your proof before approving production.

How Do We Handle Last-Minute Attendee Additions?

Sign in and open your order history to find the previous order. Eligible orders offer a reorder path; review the names and order details before continuing. If a previous design needs changes, an old order cannot be found, or your project needs a special format, contact our team with the order number and requirements.

When Should We Submit Event Badges?

We advise submitting your roster as early as possible. Delivery services are selected during checkout, but you can contact our support team ahead of time to confirm scheduling for your event date.
